Sugar on Snow

Maple Syrup + a trough of fresh snow. You wind up a popsicle stick on the syrup and it makes the best little treat. I lived in Vermont my whole teen years, and this was the way we’d close out the winter (it’s the perfect time between end of ski season and the start of sugar season). It’s been 90+ degrees in Denver, and this is all I want.
